There will be MARSHMALLOWS!

Wow...time is flying by fast! It will be Halloween before you know it. Check your e-mails (if you have sent me your e-mail.....) to see information about a Halloween Party that Readers' Club members have been invited to.....

Our next meeting will be November 20th in the library......right after school. We will be talking about our upcoming fund raiser, a Scholastic Book fair, which will happen Saturday, November 22 at the Holiday Bazaar here at the high school.

We need HELPERS! If you haven't signed up to work this event yet, stop by the library and get your name on the volunteer list. The more helpers we have the better!

To make good money and earn some book for your library, our club needs to
sell $1,800.00 worth of Scholastic books.
Tell your family and friends to come and BUY BOOKS for Christmas gifts this year! The more we sell...the more $$ and books we earn! Besides...it will be fun to sell things...

See you in the library.

Reader Review

Twilight 101
by
Evander Thomas

The Twilight Talk in my opinion went very well. This book discussion was very interesting to me because I was one of two males there. It was also interesting because it is the first book discussion I have been to.

In the discussion we talked about many things. One of the items we talked about was the conflict in "New Moon" when Edward leaves. The amount of different opinions was spectacular! I would have never thought of so many ideas. I am happy I went.
