Author Visit

Attention Members!

On Tuesday, March 10th there will be a reception for visiting author Geno Salvatore after school in the library.

All RC members will receive a copy of Mr. Salvatore's book "Stowaway" We're hoping we get copies in before March 10 so everyone can read the book before the reception.

ALSO--During the school day Mr. Salvatore will be leading two mini sessions of a D&D game in the library. If you are an EXPERIENCED player and would like to be considered for one of these game sessions, please come and see Mrs. Dillon in the library.

Hey everyone - There's a Readers Club General meeting on Thurs. 2/5. For people who are calendar-challenged -- that's THIS WEEK! Notes went out to your 6th period classes today. We will be using the research computers to get in touch with our inner avatars -- and of course eating yummy treats! We will also be talking about an upcoming author visit and having preliminary discussions about 2009-2010 Officer elections. Mrs. Stanton's plan is to be back at WHS on Thursday, so until then the secret word is stowaway, which you must say to Ms. Dillon. First five get a prize.
